How to Root Galaxy Ace Plus S7500 and Install Custom Recovery Image

Having Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus S7500 android phone and want to break all its restriction to get full access on your smartphone? So, in the due course of this article, I will explain you how to root your Galaxy Ace device to install Custom Recovery Image and many number of Custom ROMs on it. But be careful, rooting of your device will results in void of your device’s warranty. After rooting the device, it will allow you to install Custom Recovery Image on your device which will give flexibility to Stoke Recovery, Clockwork Mod Recovery and touch based latest Clockwork Mod Recovery. Follow all the pre-requisites before proceeding to rooting process.
Pre-Requisites
  • Back up of all your data in SD Card because rooting process may lead to data damage and corrupt. Use Astro File Manager to back up.
  • Disable all Firewall/Anti-virus Apps installed on your device.
  • Charge your device upto 60% to avoid unexpected shutdown during the process.
  • Enable USB Debugging Mode by navigating SettingsàApplicationsàDevelopmentàUSB Debugging.

How to Root Galaxy Ace Plus S7500 to Install Custom Recovery Image
  • First of all, Download Odin, Rooting Tar File and Root MeZip Package on your computer and extract Odin package.
  • Now connect your device with computer and move Root Me Zip file in the root folder of the SD Card.
  • Now Disconnect your device and switch it off to enter in Recovery Mode.
  • To enter in Recovery Mode press both Volume Keys simultaneously and holding these keys press Power button.
  • Now in Recovery Mode select Install Zip From SD CardàChoose Zip From SD Card and then select Root Me Zip package that you have placed in SD Card in 2nd step.
  • Once its completed, select ++++Go Back++++ and then Reboot System Now.
  • Once the device starts then again switch it off to enter in Download Mode.
  • To enter in Download Mode, press Volume Down key + Centre key and holding these keys press Power button. A Green Robot will display on your Galaxy device indicating you have successfully entered in Download Mode.
  • Once you have entered in Download Mode, you have to press Volume Up button to confirm it.
  • Now open extracted Odin file in your computer first and then connect your device with computer. Within few seconds, ID: COM section will turn yellow indicating all the drives have been successfully installed on your computer and your device is ready to use now.          
  • Now click on PDA button and select Rooting Tar file. After it, click on Start button.
  • Now Odin will Start the rooting process. Once its done, you will see home screen on your device. After it, disconnect your device.
Note:- If any problem occurs during the rooting process then start the process by reinserting the battery in it.

How to Root Galaxy S2 GT I1900 on Latest Android ICS v4.0.3 DXLP9 Firmware


Recently, I have written an article to Update Galaxy S2 GTI1900 with Android XXLP2 ICS 4.0, As this update is official launched by the Samsung which restricts you to install any other Custom ROM Firmware on your Galaxy S2 phone. Now you can root your Samsung Galaxy S2 GT I9100 on ICS v4.0.3 DXLP9 Firmware which will give you flexibility to install as many Custom ROMs on your device. Remember, rooting the device will void the guarantee of your device. After rooting the device you will be able to install various apps, Custom ROMs etc. If you want to root your Galaxy device then read all Pre-Requisites first.
Pre-Requisites
  • It is strongly recommended to back up all your data in SD Card before rooting the device. Use Astro File Manager to back up.
  • Disable all Firewall/Anti-Virus apps installed on your device.
  • Charge your device upto 60% to avoid from unexpected shutdown.

How to Root Galaxy S2 GT I1900 on Latest Android ICS v4.0.3 DXLP9 Firmware
  • First of all, Download DXLP9 Rooting Package and Odin into your computer.
  • Extract both the folders and open Odin in your computer.
  • Now turn off your phone and enter into Download Mode.
  • Press Volume Down Key + Centre button simultaneously and by holding both the keys press Power button. A Green Robot will display on your phone indicating you are successfully entered into Download Mode.
  • Now connect your phone with computer and ID: COM section will turn yellow in your opened Odin window, indicating all the drives are successfully installed on your computer and your device is ready to use.
  • Now click on PDA button and select CF-Root-SGS2_DX_SIN_LP9-v5.4-CWM5  from the extracted folder.
  • After selecting the file, click on Start button to start rooting process. Once its done, your device will restart.
  • Once your phone is restarted, disconnect it from computer and turn it off.
  • Now enter into Recovery Mode by pressing and holding both the Volume Keys together and press Power button simultaneously.
  • In Recovery Mode, select Wipe Data/Factory ResetàWipe Cache Partition and then Reboot System Now.

How to Root HTC Sensation on New Android ICS v4.0


If you already have updated your HTC Sensation device with official Android ICS v4.0 then you must have stuck with official Custom ROM and must have lost rooted access on your HTC Sensation device. If you want to install any custom ROM, mod and tweak the device then you must have S-OFF your device. Thanks to XDA member TheSnakeX who has come up with the idea to root HTC Sensation on Android ICS v4.0 Firmware. This root is also expected to work fine on HTC Sensation XE device, but there is no guarantee of it. Check all Pre-Requisites before rooting your device.

Pre-Requisites
  • Back up of all your important data on SD Card before rooting it because you may lose your data. Use Astro File Manager for backing up your data.
  • Disable all Firewall/Anti-Virus apps installed on your device.
  • It is recommended to charge your device upto 60% before starting the installation process.
  • Enable USB Debugging mode on your device through SettingsàApplicationàDevelopmentàUSB Debugging.

How to Root HTC Sensation on New Android ICS v4.0
  • First of all, Download HTC All in One Rooting Kit, CWMRecovery and Super User Zip Package.
  • Once all the files have downloaded, extract HTC All in One Kit in your computer.
  • Now connect your HTC device with the computer and run One X.exe from the extracted files. Name of the file is One X but it will work fine with your HTC Sensation device. So, don’t worry.
  • Go to htcdev.com to unlock Boot Loader on your HTC Sensation and just follow the on screen instructions.
  • Now rename the CWM Recovery to CWM5827 and copy this file to HTC One X toolkit folder/data folder/recoveries and replace one inside it. Now flash the CWM Recovery using toolkit. That’s it! You have now successfully installed CWM recovery on your phone.
  • Use commands to boot the device in recovery mode and flash CWM flash as well as Super user Zip File. You can also boot the device in recovery mode manually, turn of your device first and press and hold volume keys and Power Button.
