Today, I’ll tell you how to actually backup android phones and restore it later. Back up of data in Android Phones is very important because whenever you update your android firmware then there are full chances of loosing files and applications installed on it. How to Restore Backed up Data in Android Phones

• Launch Astro File Manager and select Tools from the Menu option.
• From the tool list choose Application Manager/Backup option.
• Now tap on Backed Up Apps to view all the backed up Apps.
• Tick the top box to restore all the apps. Otherwise, untick any individual app that you don’t want to recover.
• Now tap on Install to restore files and apps on to your android phone.
